Since webfonts were (re)born in 2009, they have developed a life far beyond the web. Nowadays, webfonts work in ebooks, apps, e-mags, interfaces and even on the desktop. Their dynamic capabilities are being explored, users appreciate the benefits of OpenType features and finally, the fonts themselves are becoming responsive.

The Dynamic Font Day 2016 is the consequent successor of tgm’s former Webfontdays. We move on to explore the typographic revolution and evolution in digital media.
